Black Diamond Construction was established on simple tried and true principles. We pride ourselves on listening to others, being honest, and making sound decisions to complete all of our projects. It is better to do something right the first time rather than waste time and money  reworking a project.

From design concept to completion, we work closely with our clients and trade partners to set clear expectations to ensure that your project is completed on time, on budget and to your satisfaction. We establish relationships with our clients beyond the scope of just one project. Our owner, Pat Eagan, is passionate about what he does every day. His work ethic started at the end of a shovel 30+ years ago starting on a labor crew.  Pat worked his way through the ranks to senior management in the construction industry.  During his career, he traveled the country on behalf of large real estate groups building multi-million dollar hotels and luxury custom homes. Pat’s expertise includes showing companies how to complete projects more efficiently and economically.   This same expertise is applied to homeowners as well as commercial property managers in our mountain regions.  Candid communication with clients is crucial to projects being completed successfully.
